Shipping policy
Shipping fees are listed at the bottom of this page.
Order handling is 1-3 working days.
Shipping time is 5-15 work days to almost all countries we service. Exceptions apply to particularly distant or less accessible locations.
Customers are entitled to a refund if an order is not delivered within 30 days of order placement.
With the exception of our 30-day guarantee above, 2KWRLD will not be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking data when we ship your order.
Customers who provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address are not entitled to a refund.
We cannot change the destination address on shipped items.
We do not refund shipping fees on returned items.
Our warehouse is closed between:
- 26th January and 2nd February.
- 1st May and 4th May
There is no shipping during these periods.
2KWRLD will take responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged during shipment. For a parcel to qualify as lost or damaged it must be classified as such by the carrier and shown in the parcel tracking.
2KWRLD will not take responsibility for parcels after they are delivered. A parcel is delivered when the carrier classifies it as delivered.
The carrier selects the delivery method depending on your location and the most economical option. 2KWRLD cannot specify a particular type of delivery.
Different delivery options are:
• Delivery to you personally and possibly requiring a signature.
• Delivery to your mailbox or outside your door.
• If you live in an inaccessible apartment building the parcel may be left outside your building.
• The parcel may be delivered to a nearby service point for pick-up by you.
In all of the above cases, the carrier will classify a shipment as delivered i.e. often before the parcel is in your possession.
Please check that your email adress and mobile number are correct as the carrier may need to contact you if there are problems with your delivery. Also for example, if your parcel is delivered to a service point the carrier might need to inform you of the pick-up adress via SMS.
When your order ships you will be sent a shipping confirmation by us. This shipping confirmation will contain one or more tracking numbers as your order may be shipped in more than one parcel.
It is important you monitor the tracking of your delivery so that you can take delivery of your parcel in a timely fashion. Unclaimed parcels on your property or common areas in your apartment building may be stolen. 2KWRLD will not take responsibility for theft on your property.
If your parcel is delivered to a service point for pick up the carrier will classify it as delivered. If you do not pick up the parcel in time 2KWRLD will not take responsibility.
