Refund policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, provided that shipping has not been booked (i.e. we have a tracking number for the order).
If you still want a refund after this time, you must wait for delivery and return the product(s).
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may request a return for any reason and without a justification.
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
If you are requesting a return because of:
• Wrong product shipped
• Product defect
• Shipping damage
Please include photos that illustrate the issue.
Start a return online via your account page on 2KWRLD.com or in the Shop app. If you cannot do this request a return by emailing support@2KWRLD.com. Include your order number and state the product(s) you wish to return.
We normally respond within 48 hrs whether your return has been approved or not.
After return approval, you will receive a return shipping label from us. You will be charged a fee for the return shipping label. This charge will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping fees can be found at the end of this page.
If you do not wish to be charged for the shipping label, you can arrange return shipping at your own expense to our warehouse in Svängsta, Sweden. You must, however, contact support first to get the necessary shipping information. 2KWRLD disclaims all liability for goods sent to any address not disclosed by customer service. This includes goods posted as ”Return to Sender.”
When you have received your shipping label, you have 14 days to send the return. If you do not send the return within 14 days, it will be canceled, and you will not receive a refund.
When your return arrives it will be inspected. If the return is in resalable condition we will issue your refund. We will inform you by email when we refund you. The bank may need up to 10 days to return the money to your account.
